To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Unopened). It must also be in the original packaging. We do NOT take back used items for sanitary reasons such as bacteria, bed bugs, etc. We sell brand new products only with the exception of floor models.

There will also be an up to 25% restocking fee on any cancellations

Items exempt from being returned:  

  • Gift cards 
  • you change your mind
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for applicable delivery fees for the return or exchange of a furniture, unless the furniture has a manufacturing defect. Returns or exchanges do not apply on furniture that are abused, stained, soiled or otherwise unsanitary.

We only replace parts if they are missing, defective or damaged when delivered. Keep in mind warranty does not cover "exterior" damage. Exterior includes: cushioning, fabric, staining etc.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discolouration, shrinkage, fabric pulling, dents, seat damage, misshapen filling materials and stains. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products are not covered. Warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damage.

Warranty only covers manufacturing defects or missing parts at the time of opening. You would have to notify us within 7 days of receiving.

Also keep in mind "floor models" are sold as is and do not include warranty

Assembly services are also not covered under warranty. A disassembly/assembly fee will be applied.

We try our best to get actual pictures so that it is shown as accurately as possible, but due to manufacturing adjustments, product images, colours & sizes may be subject to change. Discretion is advised.

If a service is requested and approved it can take anywhere between 3-30 Days depending on how busy the supplier is (in extreme cases longer.)
